The North Carolina Biotechnology Center's library has a deal for the state's small biotech companies.
Thanks to an agreement with Business Insights, companies with fewer than 20 employees can purchase access to the company's market research reports. The market sectors healthcare, drug discovery and pharmaceutical outsourcing are covered by this agreement.
The cost is $500 for electronic access to more than 70 reports. This is a trial period organized by the library that runs through June 30, 2008. Companies that are interested must complete a form so that the library staff can confirm eligibility for the program.
