North Carolina Central University/BRITE
The Biomanufacturing Research Institute & Enterprise (BRITE) Center for Excellence is dedicated to providing biotech and pharmaceutical sciences education to our North Carolina Central University students. This effort is part of the statewide initiative, funded by GoldenLeaf Foundation - $20.1 million dollars to build a brand new facility with 52,000 sq ft. to make North Carolina a premier provider of skilled workers for the biotechnology industry.
Our goal is to provide BRITE students with an education and skill set that will give them the competitive advantage in the biotech/biomanufacturing workplace.
