From this page, you can activate a user account or update account information. Some of our services require Center staff to validate your request. In these instances, your username and password will become active within one business day. Those services are noted below.
Notice: People who request usernames and passwords to update their North Carolina Biotechnology Community Directory listing are expected to pass on their user account information when they leave the company.

Notice about our database information
The Center is working toward placing all user information in the same database, which will allow you to use the same username and password for any of our password-protected services. You will also eventually be able to update all of your information on file with the Center in one place.
To help us with this effort, you may receive one or two e-mails from us during the next several months. We'll ask you to confirm that similar records in different databases belong to you. Alos, if you update your e-mail address, you may be asked several questions to help keep our records accurate. We appreciate your help in this process.
