Young Women in Bio (YWIB) Biotechnology Career Leadership for Girls

Young Women in Bio (YWIB) Biotechnology Career Leadership for Girls is a series of events dedicated to inspiring girls in biotechnology education and career choices. We encourage girls' curiosity in biotechnology while nurtuing a business and entrepeneurial spirit. These events include exposure to bioscience organization; and a tour of a bioscience facility. The events are open to girls in grades 6-8.

Registration: Advanced registration is required. Please have your daughter wear close-toes shoes. If your daughter attended a previous Young Women in Bio event at Biogen, we encourage to not register her for this event.

Program Agenda:

3:45 p.m. - 4 p.m.: Check-in (*Parents please return at 6:20 pm)

4 p.m. - 6 p.m.: Discussion with Biogen presenters and tour of the facility

6 p.m. - 6:45 p.m.: Pizza party wtih Biogen staff and Women in Bio volunteers
