Cooking for Nourishment: Demo + Talk
In collaboration with Johnson & Wales University (JWU), we are pleased to present a very special event at the JWU campus in Center City Charlotte. A chef from Johnson and Wales and a registered dietitian from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's Nutrition Research Institute will come together to demonstrate delicious, healthy cooking while sharing tips for consuming a balanced, nutritious diet.
