This project is focused on preparing metal-based nanomaterials suitable for biomedical applications and evaluating their human cell toxicity and non-specific uptake. Engineered metal-based nanomaterials have not yet been assessed for their human cell toxicities. This work helps establishing cell toxicities on nanomaterials.
