This project will support the development of a gene therapy program for Hemophilia A. Investigators at UNC-Chapel Hill, working in partnership with Asklepios Biopharmaceuticals, propose to generate and optimize various Adeno-associated virus (AAV) vectors that will safely deliver the therapeutic gene.
