Networking Opportunities
Each of our regions is home to Regional Exchange Groups (REG’s), focus groups that meet regularly to exchange ideas and explore relevant topics. The following REGs are located in the western region.
Business advice and resources, loans
No matter how large your business, we have a resource for you. Our loan program can help get small businesses off the ground and running. We have resources to transfer university research to the marketplace.

Whether you are a K-12 science teacher or university professor we offer a number of educational resources that can take your classroom to the next level. We also have grant programs for teachers that need scientific supplies to enhance the classroom or undergraduates for project funding and mentoring.

Research Funding
Valuable research is performed at top universities and college in the western region but this research needs funding. The Biotechnology Center has numerous funding opportunities in-house as well as connections and information to outside funding opportunities.
