Craft Beverage of North Carolina REG

The mission of the Craft Beverage of North Carolina Regional Exchange Group is to foster collaboration among members of the growing and dynamic fermentation/craft beverage industries of North Carolina. The group holds at least three meetings per year featuring speakers focused on fermentation technologies and scientific practices for use throughout the production process. Meeting content is practical and relevant to commercial production, enhancing producer and employee knowledge as well as end-product quality consistency and Good Management Practices. Meetings are scheduled to accommodate the production cycles of the various fermented products represented.
