AgBiotech Advisory Council

The Advisory Council is composed of a Leadership Committee and several Workgroups. The Leadership Committee is structured to consist of 18-24 persons, representing institutions and vantage points key to agricultural biotechnology development throughout the state. Workgroups are structured to gain participants from across the state who are attentive to agricultural biotechnology. The Workgroup activities will be directed to such key areas as summits, new members, marketing, economic development, public issues, and engagement of leaders, education, statewide and international partnerships, or statewide agricultural biotechnology-directed awards.
