Sandi Burton

Sandi is the Contracts and Grants Specialist in Contracts and Grants at the Biotechnology Center. She prepares award letters, grant and technical service agreements; and enters data into an electronic grant tracking system.

She supports the loan process by preparing loan agreements, promissory notes, stock warrants, annual loan statements, advancing funds and collecting repayments.

Sandi also processes invoices for payment, prepares monthly reports of contracts, grants and loan activity; and reconciles financial information with Accounting.

Prior to joining the Center, Sandi held positions in several companies in RTP including Mylan Bertek Pharmaceutical, Glaxo Wellcome and RTI.
