Lynne Runyan

Lynne Runyan is the Vice President of Human Resources at the North Carolina Biotechnology Center. In that capacity she develops human resources policies and programs for the Center. Major areas of responsibility are organizational development, employment orientation and training, employee relations, compensation, benefits and employee services.

Lynne was the Human Resources and General Manager for the Development Learning Center in Cary before coming to the Biotech Center. She attended Pennsylvania State University and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science from Alvernia College in Reading, Penn.
