Erika Gray is the Program Coordinator for the Centers of Innovation and Bio Defense programs.  

Erika graduated from Radford University in Radford, Virginia with a Bachelor of Science degree in History. She also attended Wake Technical Community College and earned two medical administrative office certificates.

Before joining the Biotechnology Center, Erika was the Administrative Coordinator with SAFEchild, a non-profit child abuse prevention agency in Raleigh. Prior to moving to North Carolina in 2006, Erika was an Associate (Senior Consultant) with Booz Allen and Hamilton in Washington, DC. She provided administrative and project management support to senior Department of Defense and Intelligence Community leaders at several government agencies. At the start of her career, she was the Assistant to the Vice President for Membership and Public Relations and Chapter Coordinator for the National Security Industrial Association, a defense industry association in Washington, DC.
