Boriana Ditcheva is the web developer at the North Carolina Biotechnology Center. She is responsible for building and maintaining our web environment and web applications.
Before joining the Center in 2011, Boriana Ditcheva worked as a web and applications developer at the School of Government, UNC Chapel Hill. She has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from UNC Chapel Hill and a master’s degree in Computer Science from Columbia University.
Boriana also taught high school math for several years before becoming a full time developer. Now she keeps her love of math alive by volunteering with the Orange County Literacy Council.
